When can I expect help?

We handle and ship orders and answer questions Monday to Friday at 09.00 – 14.00 . All orders placed outside these times will be processed the following business day, as will any questions via e-mail and telephone.

A specific product/price/information is not visible in the webshop. What do I do?

We endeavor to answer your questions and help you as quickly and as best as possible.

Is the product in stock?
We always have the items in the webshop in stock, unless otherwise stated under the specific item. If your order has gone through and it still turns out that the item is not in stock, you will be contacted by e-mail no later than 2 working days after your order. Here you will get information about the expected delivery. You have the right to cancel your order if you do not want to wait for the item to be back in stock.

What is the shipping cost?
As a buyer, you pay the shipping, and it is DKK 45 in Denmark for purchases under DKK 399. We pay the shipping if you buy for more than DKK 399.
For deliveries outside of Denmark, this is stated in the order in the shop under your selection of the country in question.
All orders are insured upon shipment. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please state this when you acknowledge for the package. The moment you have received the receipt, the insurance expires.
 
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment takes place in one of the following ways, which you choose at the end of your order: Dankort, Visa, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, American Express, MobilePay or Paypal.
 
Is it safe to provide credit card information on Kortspecialisten.dk?
Kortspecialisten.dk encrypts your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. That way, unauthorized persons cannot read or hack your card number and other important information during the payment. All transactions are handled by Ingenico ePayments or DIBS when you shop in our webshop.
Please note that the page where you enter your card details does not look like the rest of the webshop. This is because Ingenico ePayments and DIBS require that the site be secure and that your information be encrypted.
 
When will you withdraw my payment?
The money will be reserved from your account when you place your order, after which you will receive an email. The money is deducted from your account when we ship the item to you.
 
What should I do if my payment card is declined?
If you cannot complete the payment, please contact our customer service at our e-mail info@kortspecialisten.dk or phone + 45 2729 6080.

You cannot contact your bank and see if they can help you.
 
When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Our staff handles orders from Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm. All orders placed outside of the above timeframe will be handled the following business day. Dispatch usually takes place within 1-3 working days to the address you provide when ordering.
Kortspecialisten.dk makes no guarantees regarding shipping conditions, and therefore we cannot guarantee when you can expect to receive your order.
 
Is my order delayed?
In the event of a delay, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase if your order is delayed in relation to what was agreed. If you wish to cancel the purchase, please contact us on our e-mail info@kortspecialisten.dk or phone + 45 2729 6080.
 
Do you deliver to a post office box?
When you receive your order, you must acknowledge it. We therefore cannot deliver to a post office box.

Can I cancel my purchase?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. To make use of this, please notify Kortspecialisten.dk in writing that you wish to cancel the purchase. You cannot undo the purchase by simply failing to pick up or accept the package.
 
Can I exchange my item for something else?
You have the right to exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. Please notify us in writing that you wish to exchange your item and what you wish to exchange it for. After this, please return the item to us, after which we will send the desired item. When exchanging, you yourself are liable for any damage or other deterioration in the value of the item. This also applies to the packaging you receive the item in. It is important for the resale of the item if the packaging is damaged, as this will lead to a deterioration in the value of the item itself. The same applies if you have opened the item or fail to send the packaging back. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packed when it is sent back to us.
 
How do I return my purchase?
To return your order, please notify us in writing. You cannot undo your purchase by simply failing to pick up or accept the package. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must, once you have clearly notified us, return the item to us. When returning, you yourself are liable for any damage or other deterioration of the product's value. This also applies to the packaging you receive the item in. The same applies if you have opened the item or fail to send the packaging back. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packed when it is sent back.
Goods to be returned must be sent without undue delay within 14 days of the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

How will my money be refunded?
Your money will be refunded to the payment card you used when placing your order. You can typically see the money in your account within a few days. If you have questions relating to your bank account, please contact your bank.

How do I advertise a product?
If you have received an item with errors or defects, or if there is an item that you have not received, please contact our customer service at e-mail info@kortspecialisten.dk or phone + 45 2729 6080, and you will receive help as soon as possible.
